The term ‘you’ refers to yourself, the customer, as well as ‘your’ or ‘their’.
The following Terms and Conditions apply to items sold by Mardy Mardy Custard. By contacting us or shopping on our website, you must agree and adhere to the practices outlined below and throughout.
Online orders are to be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund. Please return your unwanted item to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
Please ensure that an item being returned is in satisfactory condition.
Any items marked with pencil or ink will not be eligible for a refund.
We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges/refund/exchange on sale items.
You will need to notify us of your return; however, we would recommend that you obtain a tracking number for your parcel when posting back to us. Parcels lost in the post will not be eligible for a refund. We strongly advise you to retain your proof of return postage.
We do not offer free or prepaid returns. All returns are at the cost of the buyer. Please pop a note in your parcel, with your full name telephone number and address along with the description for the items you are returning. Refunds will not be made for postage and packaging.

Orders will not be accepted or processed until payment has been received in full.
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days.
Dispatch & Delivery
We aim to dispatched all orders 2-3 working days after the purchase date.
Standard delivery sent 2nd Class with Royal Mail costs the customer £2.95.
Express delivery sent 1st Class with Royal Mail costs the customer £3.95.
We offer FREE delivery with all orders amounting to £40 or over.
Orders that are solely postcards cost £0.95. Postcards are sent out on our Standard Delivery option.
